Massive brick house (high quality additionally hardened black bricks) and beams obtained from trees cut personally by previous owner who was a forester for 35 years in the vicinity of ‘Petolachkata’ road junction. The experience gained there gave him the expertise to know when exactly to cut those trees to be preserved best – at full moon. There is and external staircase to the second floor which is separated from the first and from the attic by trimmer joists. Floors on the first floor are concrete, on the second are floor-boarded (one of the rooms being with oak parquet floor).
The house was built in 1947.
Doors and window-frames are made of solid wood.
The entrance door to the entrée on the first floor is made of metal. The elevation of that floor is -1.64 ft/-0.5 m.
Rooms disposition:
- first floor – entrée, corridor, WC and bathroom, 3 separate rooms;
-second floor – terrace, corridor, 3 separate rooms.
The house is plastered with mosaics with small granite stones (first layer) and lime-cement layer with mica encrusted.
There are two gates (large enough for vehicles to enter the yard) each facing one of the two streets.
The main entrance (for visitors) is facing Hristo Smirnenski Str.
The house is connected to the public electricity supply network (220V 50Hz).
The water-supply is provided by the public water supply network as well as two own drillings in the courtyard.
For sewerage needs there are two sceptic pits.
In front of the house from the direction of Rayko Daskalov Str. there is a 85-year old elm-tree.
The house additionally has own garage (with a pit), premise with a fireplace, stables for two horses with attached room for fodder, as well as small farm buildings in the courtyard with separate entrances.
In front of the house and right before the stables the pavement is made of hewn flat boulders. From the main entrance (for visitors) to the front door of the house the ground is covered by pavement slabs which also surround the house and cover the path from the entrance door of the house to each of the farm buildings. From the gate facing Rayko Daskalov Str. to the garage and surrounding the garage the pavement is made of solid concrete.
In the courtyard there are the following perennial plants:

-a fir-tree;
-4 birches;
-25 fruitful vines;
-fruit-bearing trees:
-3 plum trees;
-a pear tree;
-a quince-tree;
-a fig-tree;
-an apricot-tree.
