The motel is located at the entrance of the town of TOPOLOVGRAD to the towns of SVILENGRAD, HARMANLY, HASKOVO. From here is passing the main stream from the check point of Lesovo to the check-point of Kapitan Andreevo, both are borders to Turkey. So that is a reason for a very good investment in that place.
The building is massive brick-built with concrete foundations and two plates. The heating system is with woods and coals. The electricity is tree-phase and mono-phase. There isn’t sewerage but it has a huge septic tank. Running water is connected. The building has tree toilets and two bedrooms. The flooring is from faience and terracotta.
The first floor is a restaurant – there are two premises, a bar, a kitchen, wet premise, two storage rooms, a corridor, two toilets and a stairs to the second floor.
