The house is located at the end of the village of Draka. The road is gravel and it is accessible all year round. The house is in very good condition and just needs a small cosmetic repair and some refreshment. There is drinkable water in the house and electricity as well. The house is brick built. Half of the house is with concrete slab and the other house is with trimmer joists.

The village is located away from big roads and factories. Fishers, mushroom collectors and hunters will fall in love with this place. The nature all around is intact and the place is so peaceful.
The village of Draka is situated only 15km away from the town of Sredets, 44km away from the city of Burgas, the Black Sea and the International Airport. There is post service in the village, shop, pub, mobile networks coverage, Internet and regular bus transport as well.
This is a splendid place for holidays and for permanent living.
